These terms apply to purchases made through this online store. Please check that all details are correct before placing an order.
2. Orders
An order is created once you confirm the contents of your cart. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail summarising the goods, the total price and these terms. The contract is formed at the moment the order is confirmed.
If goods are unavailable or a price was listed incorrectly, I may cancel the order and will tell you promptly.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in euros and are final. Payment is made online by card through a secure payment gateway at checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders are shipped through Packeta, either to a pick-up point or to your address, depending on the country. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Goods are made by hand in small batches, so dispatch usually takes a few days. Delivery within central Europe takes roughly 3–5 days, elsewhere in Europe 7–21 days.
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon payment and receipt.
5. Other provisions
Out-of-court dispute resolution. Consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or to the European online platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Force majeure. I am not liable for delays caused by events beyond my control.
Changes. I may amend these terms; the new version applies to orders placed after the date of the change.
If anything goes wrong, write to me and we will find a solution.
