1. Withdrawal from the contract
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Write to hello@tomzahradka.com; a written notice is enough.
Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawing. Return postage is paid by the buyer. I will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the account it came from.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and properties.
2. Faulty goods
If the goods are faulty, you have the right to repair or replacement, to a discount on the price, or — in case of a significant defect — to withdraw from the contract.
Send the complaint to hello@tomzahradka.com and describe what is wrong; a photograph helps. I will handle it within 30 days.
3. Damage in transit
Check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery, or accept it and let me know as soon as possible.
4. What is made by hand
Lenses are built from optics salvaged from used disposable cameras, so every piece differs slightly — in the tone of the image, in small marks on the body. That is a property of the material, not a defect.
