I started to notice some reels about making diy lenses from disposable analog cameras around a year ago and it immediately got to me. I loved the aesthetic of an imperfect image and a trashy camera y2k party vibe.
When I discovered that there’s a dude that makes them in my city I needed to get my hands on it. It was a love at first mount or whatever you would call it. It’s awesome for every-day carry, perfect for street, amazing for travel and paired with a flash you can shoot anything with it.
I always loved shutter-drags and Monocle is perfect for that. Paired with my old Fuji X-T2 and a small flash it’s great for drunk nights with friends and even hardcore shows at my club.
